This is a series on The Five Levels of Self Talk.

 This is coming to you because I’ve been reading the book, “What to Say When You Talk to Yourself” by Shad Helmstetter and just had to share these very wise words and principles.

So that was…The Five Levels of Self Talk, hope you got some value from it and that you are more aware and take better actions when it comes to your self-talk in order to improve your business, relationships and your life.

Now, I don’t know about YOU, but I can certainly relate to this. This is something that I struggled with and battled with most of my life. I had a lot of self doubt, a lot of negative self-talk where I just didn’t believe I could do anything, I wasn’t good enough, people didn’t like me, and so on and so on.

So, this is something we all need to be aware of and take action on.
